Embarked a new journey in Finance

Customer Care Professional at American Express (2022-2022)

I achieved excellent overall KPI scores (4.8 Out of 5.0) taken by my clients that prompts them to rate my rapport, customer service, problem solving skills, and call efficiency. 

As a natural's people-person, I naturally loved talking to people (which I still do!) but whilst all of my KPI's were very good/excellent. I struggled with call efficiency, as I really wanted to take the time to solve problems and leave a great impression to clients. Fortunately, I grasped this with excellent managers, by confidently taking control of the query directly yet politely, by reminding myself of the important KPI's, working towards it, and having a positive, can-do attitude to learn. I believe, consistent learning is the cornerstone of success (in anything) whether personal or professional!

Graduated Goldsmiths College, University of London with a 2:1

Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology - Grade 2:1 / 3.6GPA (2018-2022)

Graduated with an Anthropology degree with an excellent grade of 2:1 which included  my winning thesis of "What can anthropologists contribute to the debate around Abortion in the United States today?"

Highest scored modules includes: Anthropology of Health (1st degree / 3.8GPA), The Anthropology of Development (1st degree / 3.7GPA) and Thinking Through Race (1st degree / 3.9GPA).

I achieved these excellent scores through determination, hard work and a true willingness to learn. Believe it or not - I was never deemed as 'intelligent' in school, but I wanted to prove myself that hard work, consistency and a good spirit to learn goes a long long way! I always told myself to keep looking forward and to not be afraid of anything!
